I led a small team to create an industry-leading digital platform for a Jaws of Life, a manufacturer of rescue products. Driven by data, we worked closely with our client through a series of UX workshops to identify specific goals, user pain-points and opportunities to stand out in their industry. We focused our primary efforts on streamlining user-flows, reducing overall clicks and time spent searching for products by half. We also developed a robust editorial platform and created multi-channel content to engage audiences. A fresh new visual design direction and bold, new photography further ensures that Jaws of Life stands out among their competition.
